Making a Purchase

Making a purchase is very easy. Just look through our store, and add the items that you would like to purchase and place in the shopping cart. On 'Checkout' and you will be required to give a few details that we will need to  complete the order.

We accept most major credit and debit card payments. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch and Maestro. Unfortunately we do not accept Diners Club or American Express. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or internet if you prefer. We accept payments by cheque. However, we will need cheques to clear before dispatching your goods which may delay delivery.

Delivery

The majority of our orders will be sent out overnight providing the order is placed before 1pm the day before. If the item is not in stock or is a special order these are dispatched within 7-10 working days from order but will depend on the item. If your order includes an item made to order, your purchase may be delayed until all the products have arrived with us and will be dispatched from our warehouse on a next day delivery.

You can leave special delivery instructions for example if the item is for a gift or required before a certain date. Unfortunately we are unable to instruct our Couriers to leave a package without signature. If you instruct us to leave your goods without signature, i.e. an unattended delivery, the responsibility falls on you to ensure a safe delivery site. We will not be held responsible for lost items if your delivery instructions have been passed to our courier.

For all manual safety covers being delivered directly from our suppliers we require an able bodied person to meet the lorry and assist with the delivery. If you need to arrange a delivery but will be unable to sign for the goods please contact us.

If delivery is attempted twice by our couriers, and delivery has failed, the goods will be returned to us, and an additional charge will apply for re-delivery. If you decide you no longer require the goods after a failed delivery attempt, there will be an admin charge deducted from any refund to cover shipping & handling.

Shipping and Handling

UK Mainland - All orders include FREE Delivery for orders over £50 otherwise P&P is £7.00

Some areas of Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man & the Isle of Wight will incur an additional delivery charge. We are unable to deliver to PO or BFPO boxes.

Delivery is usually by Royal Mail or Courier but larger items made to order will be shipped directly from our suppliers so an alternative means of delivery will be used.

International - If you place an order which needs to go overseas we will contact you with the extra shipment charges you will need to pay.

Returning damaged, wrongly ordered or damaged goods

If your order arrives in a damaged condition, please notify us promptly so that we can arrange for these goods to be collected and we can then send out a replacement at no further cost. If you decide that you don’t want the faulty or broken goods replaced then we will collect them and give you a full refund.  If the item ordered required a signature on delivery please do not sign if the outer packaging has been damaged.  Please check the contents before signing. This could affect us claiming from the transport company if a signature is given to say that the goods were received in good order.

If you have made a mistake and ordered the wrong product and did not realise this until it arrived, please call us and we will arrange collection and deliver the correct product by return. We will need to charge carriage in this case, and will work out the best course of action should this situation arise.

If we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong items, please let us know straight away so that we can arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you. We will collect the wrongly dispatched goods and either send the correct goods to you or give you a full refund.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
