Take water sample to your nearest pool shop for analysis |

Excessive sanitiser levels |
Dilute spa water with fresh water |

Dilute or completely refill the spa with fresh water |

Consider changing to a chlorine/bromine free system |

pH over 7.6; reduce with Spa pH and alkalinity reducer (Dry Acid)pH under 7.2; raise with Spa pH increaser (soda ash) |

Build up of organic pollution and/or combined chlorine |
Shock dose with spa non-chlorine shock |
